The members identify investment opportunities in Brazil and South American countries.
The idea is to present to national and international investors. This can be anything from early stage financing to larger private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
We believe that the combination of our industry and local knowledge, along with operational experience and networking, provides the FAA with a competitive advantage in identifying and presenting investment opportunities in Brazil and South America.
Our strategy is not only to work as an advisor, but also to prepare companies for an international market.
We have local and international strategic relationships, which helps us identify and match the opportunity, creating a perfect balance between the sell side and buy side of any given opportunity.
Our buy side customers are based in Brazil, USA and Europe. They seek venture capital and private equity opportunities within South America.
For larger transactions, we can bring in expert MA consultants and work together on mandates together.
Our offer
Our offer is to help our client get ready and find the right investor, and we do it as follows:
● Full legal, financial and accounting support, through analysis of documents and verifications.
● Understand the scope of the project using a two-step scoring system to evaluate the project
● Connect the client with a range of opportunities from local and international investors.
● Provide project support if necessary, connect to service providers and access the FAA network
for whom
Sometimes companies are not ready to receive contributions from local and external investors. There are many reasons for this:
● Lack of financial information
● Poor accounting support
● No license for product
● Financial liabilities
● Lack of clarity about planning and strategy.
● Lack of international ownership structure

Where and when possible, the role of the FAA is to provide the necessary support and help guide customers on the above.
